Personal Chef Services
Hello! Catering offers professional chef services for special, intimate dinners or private parties. Food may be prepared on site, at our kitchen or a combination of the two depending on the menu. Pricing depends on menu, level of service, number of guests, and other factors. Two entrees, salad, side dishes, rolls, dessert and drinks start at $25 per person. Entrees include our signature prime rib, pecan crusted chicken with bourbon sauce, filet in mushroom and wine sauce, candied chicken, stuffed chicken, herb roasted pork loin with apples, coquilles St. Jacques, and other entrees typical of 4 and 5 star restaurants. Your guests will be amazed and thoroughly delighted with the menu. Complete china service, clean up and table service is available for an additional charge.
Menus for professional chef services, including desserts and salads, are developed to meet your specific requests including items not on our menu. Menu planning/event consultation is provided at no additional charge.
