Theme Menus
The following menus are available for delivery and buffet (self) service at your home, office, or other location. For sit down dinner service, substitutions, and/or customized menus, please call for pricing. Pricing begins at $12 per person for buffet/self service and includes paper ware and drinks (non-alcoholic) unless otherwise noted. Additional discounts may apply for certain menu combinations and large groups. Theme decorations, tableware (china, stemware, flatware, linens), and table service are available for an additional charge. Prices do not include sales tax or delivery fee. Minimum order may apply. We will work with you to meet your budget requirements! (Please understand though, that we are a business and can only work within the confines of what it takes for us to stay in business.)
Breakfast Buffet
· Seasonal fruits
· Ham, sausage, or hash brown casserole
· Two meats (ham, sausage patties, or bacon) or our fresh baked ham & cheese crescents
· Gravy with homemade biscuits
· Choose two of the following: oven baked apple french toast, french toast, pancakes, coffee cake, muffins (sugar free also available), cinnamon rolls, and/or breakfast cookies
**An “egg bar” with eggs and omelets cooked to order onsite is available for an additional charge.
Prime Rib Dinner ($25 per person)
· Thick, juicy cuts of garlic roasted prime rib
· Fresh garden salad with dressing
· Potato: baked, twice baked, au gratin and/or scalloped
· Two other side dishes; vegetables, starches, or salads
· Rolls
· Dessert(s)
Italian Smorgasbord
· Antipasto (Italian name for vegetable/relish tray) or soup (minestrone or chicken tortellini)
· Caesar or garden salad
· Two of the following: chicken parmesan with pasta and marinara, beef lasagna, vegetarian lasagna, fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, and sausage (kielbasa type) in marinara with onions and peppers, fresh baked pizza (up to 4 toppings, mix and match) on fresh thick or thin crust.
· Two vegetables from steamed zucchini and yellow squash in butter, baby carrots, green beans, corn, peas, broccoli, and cauliflower.
· Soft breadsticks, our special cheese or tomato vegetable breads, or crusty Italian bread with garlic

Soup, Sandwich & Salads
· Choose two soups: chicken noodle, vegetable beef stew, chicken tortellini, chili (with or without beans), potato, cheesy broccoli, taco, ham & bean or navy bean.
· Sandwiches on our homemade bread: ham, turkey, chicken salad, tuna salad, ham salad, and/or roast beef. Includes lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, condiment and cheese tray
